Poem by Juliette Sebock

Hypergraphia

I stopped to write a few lines this morning

before settling down to do my tasks,

so now I'm a mess of emotions.

I need to type something about

trailers or cancers or tarot,

but each quote turns

to another rhyme,

another time,

lyrics I need to scribble down

before they're lost somewhere

in the depths of the sieve of my mind.
