The loneliest man in the universe
I knew of man that died alone
His brain being eaten by a sickness
He forgot my name
He couldn’t register emotion
What it felt to love
What it felt to cry
He was already dead
He sat there in a empty room awaiting his time
Looking out the window
Into a river of trees
The clouds bearing his name
No one came to say a word
Until he passed
Then everyone said his name
